Self-care means taking time to truly unwind, and my nightly routine reflects that.


Inspired by the popular "everything shower" trend, here's how I prepare to relax after a long day|!


1. Dental Care (10 minutes)


Wearing invisible braces means extra care. I soak my aligners with cleansing tablets, then brush, floss, and rinse with mouthwash while they soak.


2. Hair Care (15–20 minutes)


Before brushing my teeth, I apply a hair mask and conditioner, letting the mask work while I do dental care. Sometimes I add anti-dandruff shampoo or scalp tonic. In the shower, I rinse the mask off with shampoo, condition again, and finish with a spritz of hair mist.


3. Body Care (10 minutes)


My body routine is simple but effective: vanilla-scented body wash, exfoliating scrub, and shaving every other day using the gentle Venus Comfort Glide shaver with its moisturizing soap bar.


Though it takes time, this full routine is my favorite way to relax and recharge each night!
